If you have specific questions about qualifying for an apartment or house, call us. We’ve been down this road many times and can help you determine which properties you will likely qualify for and even suggest some places you may not have considered.
We have 3 options for you to apply to lease one of our properties. You can stop by our office for an application; you can download an application, print it, and fill it out by hand; or you can use the PDF Form to fill out an application on your PC, then print it. After you have completed the application, bring it along with a $25 application fee to our office.
Our requirements are that you make three times the monthly rent, have two current years of verifiable rental history and applicant cannot have any evictions or broken leases.
